An Overview of Research Projects at LETI

Abstract:
About the speaker: Daniel Vellou, graduated from ENSERG, started is career in 1981 as memory R&D design engineer with EFCIS, moving to analogue ASICs product engineering before joining Thomson-CSF Semiconducteurs Spécifiques (TCS) as head of ASIC Libraries group. In 1994 he took over the head of the Microprocessor and Analogue business unit with TCS, where he launched the FingerChip(TM) fingerprint product family. Before joining CEA-LETI, he took the head of three start-up, OMMIC in the GaAs domain, SOISIC the SOI design specialist, and Europe Technology a provider of microcontrollers for the automotive industry.
He is currently the vice president of LETI (Laboratoire d'électronique et de technologie de l'information).
